Returns and refunds
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued.
Return Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Custom/personalized items are non-refundable
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
